Delete your Prothelio account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Prothelio account, including iOS and Android data at any time by emailing us directly. Here's exactly what happens when you do.

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your Prothelio account, and let us know you'd like your account and data deleted. We'll take care of the rest.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile, login credentials, and authentication sessions
  • Business data, including fields, forms, templates, and documents you created
  • Uploaded files and images, such as logos and attachments
  • Your public business page and any associated slug or subdomain
  • Client and contact records associated with your account

We retain all data for a minimum of 60 days after a deletion request before it is permanently removed, or longer if required by law.
